What happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, how to reach you, and the details of the work you'd like done. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare your quote.
The form uses a spam check from Cloudflare called Turnstile, which looks at basic information from your browser to tell people from bots. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Your request is sent by email, through an email service called Resend, to the Elevate Home Services inbox. This website doesn't keep a separate copy.
If that email can't be delivered, a backup copy goes to the person who looks after this website, so your request isn't lost. If both emails fail, the request is recorded in the website's server log, and the form asks you to call or text us instead.
How long we keep it
